PSD delivers green jobs training, Building Performance Institute certification training, and a licensed curriculum for building professional training programs.

Blue Hill has been an investor in Performance Systems Development since June 2010 and holds a seat on the Board of Directors.

Recent customers include Aqua America, Astra Zeneca and Thomas Jefferson Hospital.

Blue Hill was an investor in Encelium and held a seat on the Board of Directors from August 2003 until the sale of the company in 2007.

Blue Hill invested in Connected Energy in March 2004 and held a seat on the Board of Directors until the company merged with BPL Global in March 2007.
